You are provided with a URL but as for having your own domain name, it is not something we can provide for free. If you need a domain name or you already own one, you can contact us via our contact page and we can assist you in getting a domain and using it with your website.

Getting Started

After going to our Sign Up page and registering you will be receiving a confirmation email within the hour stating that your account has been created.
 
Most web builders are similar to use but if you choose to use our free web creator then you can get started immediately by following the instructions below. Building Your Website

Go to our Downloads page and download and install our Visual Site Designer.
 
Once it's been successfully installed you can open the program and begin building your website. The software is fairly straight-forward to use but if you have any problems or questions you can contact us for help.
 
While developing your website within the program, I would suggest saving your work as this will save the website to your computer so you easily open it in the future to make any further changes.
 
By the time you have your website developed and you're ready to publish your website to the web, you should have already received the confirmation email and you will be able to continue on to the upload button where you will be prompted with your login credentials and server information.
 
In the 'FTP server' textbox you will be inputting ftp.freefunwebhosting.com, and for the 'www folder' textbox you should only be inputting a forward slash as this means you want to publish to the root of your directory. Any other text in this field will create a subdirectory.
 
You can then input your username and password and continue on to the next page where your website will begin to publish. Once completed you can go to your website address and you should see the pages you've just created within the Visual Site Designer. If you do not see your website, you may have to clear your cache and cookies from your browser. If that doesn't work you can contact us via our contact page for help.
